THE PRE-WORKOUT PILL

This product was wrapped in cellophane on the exterior and it had a tamper resistant seal on the interior of the cap. The capsules are average-sized, pink in color, and practically odor-less and taste-less.

It also vegan, organic, non-gmo with no artificial flavors or colors. No preservatives, sugar, starch, milk, lactose, soy, gluten, and yeast. It does have caffeine but I didn’t experience any jitters or crashes. The product provides a clean even energy burn without any adverse side effects.

It’s convenient, on-the-go, and effective. No mixing or measuring required and nothing synthetic. Great ingredient profile consisting of only 4 natural ingredients listed in plain sight on the product. I love how well this product worked for me and I definitely plan to purchase more.

These are awesome!!! They give me the extra boost I need to stay focused and awake.

Prior to discovering and taking these, about 1-2 hrs after I wake up, take my pups for a walk, and feed them… I usually feel extremely tired and typically go lay back down and take a morning nap. Keep in mind, I wake up between 3am or 4am and don’t leave for work until 7am.

For my afternoon workouts (HIIT) I’ve tried all sorts of pre-workouts and energy products but never found one that has both natural ingredients and a taste I could withstand. That was until I came across these energy pills last week.

Thanks to psycho sloth I hit a new PR yesterday. And I did so without my skin tingling or a crash after. I guess that was because of the clean ingredients instead of fake stuff.

This is now an essential part of my afternoon workout, not leaving home without it. I highly recommend this preworkout for women and men (my bf liked it too)

The pump feels incredible when I use this. The benefits feel similar to when I use other pre workouts but with less of a crash and a cleaner feel. I would describe it as a boost in focus and energy more similar to drinking tea than an energy drink. Note - I used one pill which was enough to fuel my workouts.

As an avid user of energy supplements, I was excited to try out the psycho sloth pre-workout capsules. Does the product function as a pre-workout? Yes, it absolutely does. After taking the capsules I noticed a boost of energy and best of all I didn’t get jittery/shaky and didn’t feel like there was a crash afterwards. I like that the company pairs the caffeine with natural ingredients and a powerful antioxidant. I know a little about the benefits of antioxidants especially when it comes to binding to free radicals in the body. The convenience of having the pre-workout in capsule form is great. I can take these with me anywhere and don’t need a blender bottle to mix up the product. I can’t really think of any negatives and highly recommend this product.

I think the name is funny, I never want to be a psycho and I hate when I feel like a sloth but the name makes me laugh. Green Tea, Beet Root, Electrolytes, and L-Theanine, all things I try to have in my diet every day, in one form or another. These capsules make it so easy to get a pre-workout or pre-work boost without having to mix anything. Just two capsules and 8-16 oz of water. Two capsules provided 200 mg of caffeine so it's easy to cut that in half by taking just one capsule. I like the promise of no post workout crashes. I don't compete anymore but I still put out a hard effort most days, either during my workouts or during my hard work on our property. Both activities require energy and electrolytes and these capsules provide both of those things and more.

These provide a great pre-workout and workout pick-me-up with the great benefit of natural ingredients. I was a bit hesitant before I ordered these but have used them a few times now and really like them - not too much caffeine and overall pretty natural compared to a lot of other products. I'd pick this over a lot of other supplements I have tried before.

Love the taste, the energy that I have lacked for so many years is back and I clean my house with no issue. I am now part of my neighborhood’s walk team.

I've used a lot of pre-workout drink mixes, but they can be somewhat inconvenient. It's easier for me to take pills before races, and pills are just easier to transport to events. Plus, no need for water or a water bottle. Compared to other pre-workout powders, these pills have similar ingredients: caffeine, beet root powder, green tea extract, L-theanine, and a few electrolytes. I really liked these pills because they are easy on my stomach (especially right before races when I'm already nervous!). They also give a nice boost of energy before a workout. I've used these pills before harder training sessions and races. The L-theanine helps to calm and focus my energy and reduces pre-race anxiety, while the caffeine gets me motivated for training. I've experimented with taking one pill before training and then one during the workout, and that seems to work well for me. In terms of price, $25 for 15 servings is reasonable and less expensive than most pre-workout supplements. I would recommend these pre-workout pills to anyone looking for an effective and affordable pill-based alternative to pre-workout drink mixes.

These pre-workout pills are easy to swallow (2 per dose) and deliver 200mg of caffeine along with other ingredients believed to boost energy and performance plus electrolytes. I take them about 15 minutes prior to a workout (per instructions). They do not create any jitters like caffeine form coffee typically does for me and there is no crash.

The pill form is convenience when I don't have time to mix a pre-workout beverage, I can literally take them on my way out the door.

As this is a supplement product, I can base my recommendation of using this item for several days. I was very impressed with the quality of the product, the packaging, the product being sealed and unopened and compared to other similar supplement products I have used this item performed equal or better.

I am very happy with it and will be using it again.

These worked great. Gave me energy and focus. I was worried about the beets. I HATE beets with a passion but there was no beet taste taking the pills and I didn't have any beet burps after so I'm very happy with them!!

This does a pretty good job of putting a jump start to my morning routine, along with the caffeine it has some other ingredients I was taking separately to get a start on the day. All of that is in this product and that is helpful to me in a lot of ways, i.e. I don't forget any of them.

For some reason, I don't get a caffeine crash after using these, and that is a benefit in my book. Not inexpensive, but worth a try if this sort of thing spins your prop IMO.

I wasn't 100% sure about purchasing this pre-workout because there weren't a ton of reviews posted yet...but after seeing how clean the ingredients list is and that it has beet root I gave it a shot. I am so glad I did as it is one of the best pre workouts I have tried. Big energy boost and felt no uncomfortable jitters. The energy lasted for a solid hour and a half and I didn't have a big comedown, it was very smooth.
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a smooth increase in energy with minimal ingredients.

This is definitely a great product, and much better for you than energy drinks. The caffeine is natural, and definitely does not cause jitters, and absolutely no crash. I have found that most energy supplements are either 40mg, or 80mg (80mg is a cup of coffee) and then there are ones that are 200mg. Even these are 200mg, that is by taking 2. You can take 1, and the 2nd one later, rather than taking too much, and not being able to take more later, during long days. These are really excellent, and will be my new go to brand! Enjoy!
